ok but coming back to IT you said that often people forget good things and remember only the bad ones. It's right but I think that people perceive things differently each other (I don't know if it's the correct expression) so perhaps there could be persons that perceive his action as a good one

unfortuantely it doesn't work that way... those that remember the bad are quite fierce in their beliefs and don't usually listen to reason.
